Dr. Christine Moore
Dr. Christine Moore graduated from Trent University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She then went on to the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1993.
During her time in dental school, Dr. Christine Moore was very involved in extracurricular events, including student governance. She was the President of the Dental Students Society in her senior year of dental school.
Upon Graduation, Dr. Christine Moore was invited to complete a one year Residency Program in Hospital Dentistry at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. The following year, she was asked to stay on as the Senior Hospital Dentistry Resident to assist in training and supervising the incoming hospital dental interns. Outside of her office hours, Dr. Christine Moore currently provides dental care in the hospital environment at PRHC for patients who qualify (very young patients or patients with medical conditions).
For her first three years in private practice, Dr. Moore worked with Dr. Dennis Marangos in the Beaches area of Toronto. After that, she and her husband returned home to Peterborough to raise their family.
Dr. Christine Moore associated with Dr. Jim King for 10 years, and Dr. Ray Render for 8 years.
In 2017, Dr. Christine Moore purchased the dental practice of Dr. Gord Jeffrey at 827 Sherbrooke St.
Dr. Christine Moore and her husband have four adult children. In her free time Dr. Moore enjoys travelling, skiing, boating, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family in their various locations across the province!
